Frequently Asked Questions

Everything About Our Ethics & Process

How does the Pledged Gold Release process work?

If your gold is pledged with a bank, NBFC, or pawnbroker, bring your loan receipt to our office. We clear your outstanding loan balance directly with the institution, retrieve your gold, perform an accurate XRF valuation, and pay you the remaining cash profit instantly.

What documents do I need to present when selling or pledging gold?

You need to provide a valid government-issued photo ID (Passport, Driver's License, or National ID), proof of address, and proof of purchase or loan pledge document if available. This ensures full regulatory compliance.

How is the interest rate calculated on Gold Loans?

Interest rates start as low as 0.75% per month depending on loan-to-value (LTV) ratio and tenure. You can choose between fixed monthly interest payments, EMI monthly installments, or bullet repayment where interest is paid at maturity.
